Instilling a conscience in patient 3DB continues to be impossible. / Shameless patient 3DB has no problem devising disingenuous rationalizations. / Patient 3DB continues to turn truths inside out to suit their own deceitful purposes. / Probe further patient 3DB’s collection of trite truisms, axioms, bromides and bluffs. / Illegitimate patient remains entirely ensconced and immersed in their upside down world view. / Patient is adept at using logical reasoning in an entirely illogical manner. / Important not to give up though patient’s personality disorder appears to be incurable. / In spite of patient’s high level of self awareness progress with personality is marginal at best. / Perhaps not unexpectedly patient remains as detached from reality as ever. / As with other confidence persons their insistence on their own false reality makes them appear delusional.
