Remind patient A not to take pop culture references too seriously. / Patient A appears to take off hand reference personally. / Like many of us patient A wouldn’t consider exchanging their existence for that of another. / Patient A appears to be well aware of some of the drawbacks faced by other beings. / Patient appears to have no remorse regarding their innate inability to express sympathy. / Patient speculates based on erroneous etymological logic and reasoning. / Making very little progress with impulse control therapies aimed at primal urges. / Patient’s uncontrollable urge syndrome deserves further study and investigation. / Patient expresses view that primal is the only logical way of seeing the world. / Not surprising that patient looks to nature as a means of understanding place among others.
