Consider posing the chicken / egg controversy to patient BE. / Patient BE appears to be upset over obvious but overlooked obstacles. / Develop methods to make it easier for patient BE to deal with their own reflection. / Schedule patient BE for immediate self re-establishment session / follow-up. / Anxiety causing patient offers insights into anxiety caused – or not. / Patient makes a clear distinction between clean and dirty hands. / Patient’s awareness of vulnerability tints their perception of everything around them. / Patient’s imagination seems to run afoul of the reality of their existence. / Patient has unfortunately slipped back into their natural fatalistic state. / Encourage patient to see the many possibilities that may or may not lie ahead. / Assure patient that the laws of nature do not make exceptions even for perilous individuals. / Delve more deeply into patient’s apparent and perhaps justified paranoid fantasies.
