Probe patient B for possible deeper meaning to his quips. / Patient B continues to put forth plenty of parentheticals. / Allow patient B time and space to explore those ineffable realities that tend to occupy to bulk of his time. / Discuss with patient B the relative urgency assigned to various unresolvable universal conundrums. / Encourage patient B to shed more light on the process of wisdom fermentation. / Discuss further with patient B how thoughts, whims and ideas evolve over time. / Still having much difficulty moving patient B toward the explicit and away from the enigmatic. / Patient B’s observations can be frustratingly elusive and insightful at the same time. / Quiz patient B further on ideas concerning the dualities of the negative and the positive. / Research more thoroughly patient B’s more esoteric ideas regarding what is and is not extant.
