Help required for patient C’s struggle against self recrimination. / Help patient C reconcile his position with his standing. / Remind patient C that their audience doesn’t have the same intimate perspective that they have.  / Assist patient C in finding useful means and methods for dealing with their unbridled rage. / Patient continues to have difficulty coping with remarks directed at their appearance and vocation. / Help patient distinguish between literal and figurative figures of speech. / Plot carefully the extent to which patient believes in theirs or in other’s degree of honest expression. / Patient’s level of envy once again spirals out of control when speaking of those outside the profession. / Work through more specific definitions with patient of “humor” and “comedy.” / Go over once again with patient the idea that misery loves company. / Patient is perplexed about the their apparently ongoing appeal to all types. / Patient struggles to understand the nature of their perpetual appeal.
