Help patient C deal with sour grapes. / On second thought patient may have a valid point. / Once again patient C’s love of popcorn pops up. / Encourage patient to rein in their unrelenting self criticism. / Help patient get control of and subdue their not unnatural feelings of resentment. / Encourage patient not to allow their resentment to boil over into uncontrollable rage. / Patient continues to struggle with the disappointment of upended dreams. / Patient displays mild paranoia in reading perceived failures into the slightest evocation however unrelated. / Still having great trouble getting patient to leave missed opportunity behind. / So lost in regret patient appears to be entirely unaware of the true nature of their lost fantasy.
