Patient DB raises fairly complicated metaphysical issues. / Encourage patient DB to confront extinction issue directly. / Gratifying indeed to witness first hand patient DB’s rare generosity of spirit. / Patient DB’s perspective on nature perhaps reflects their overly optimistic temperament. / Discourage patient D from wallowing in pointless what if wondering. / Patient sinks deeper into the labyrinth of endless and futile speculation. / Patient continues to experience puzzlement over apparent evolutionary oxymoron. / Noted a bit of self pity in patient’s apparently exhaustive search for evolutionary analogies. / Reassure patient that not all urges are primal urges no matter how counterintuitive. / A bit disturbing the extent and depth of patient over roast wish leaning feelings.
