Much more time needed with patient Don Q on identifying various dimensions. / Will possibly have to invent new category of paranoia for patient Don Q. / There’s no questioning or countering patient Don Q’s fully rational single mindedness. / Two concepts are too tightly intertwined in the mind of patient Don Q to be untangled easily. / Having difficulty bringing patient Don Q out of his unique inverted world. / Sorting through patient Don Q’s layers of dream scapes will take time and patience. / Must look further into patient Don Q’a thoughts on what is real and what is not. / Consider the possibility that the definition of “feasible” gets lost in translation. / Delve more deeply into various levels of patient Don Q;s fantasies, delusions and dreams. / Making little progress in getting patient Don Q to differentiate between the real and the unreal. / Having great difficulty getting patient Don Q to differentiate fantasy from reality. / Rather than making progress in session patient Don Q slips back into their usual conundrum.
