Constant battle continues with patient’s disingenuous deflecting. / The truth of patient D’s observation is equal to its irrelevance. / Help patient understand in greater detail the differences between imitation and plagiarism. / Remind patient that dwelling on past mistakes takes the mind off the future. / Question patient D further on his knowledge and discoveries concerning ancestry and relationships. / Patient gets worked up apparently over those he sees as competition. / It’s never easy to determine the true intent of duplicitous patients like D. / Patient D’s proclamations regarding their true diet can be taken with a grain of salt. / Patient once again unconvincingly takes exception to be cast in his usual role. / It’s not unusual for those with malicious intent to use the truth to further their untruth.
