Patient D is at ease with their imaginary environment. / Patient D hopes to mentor other pseudo-real beings. / Malevolent patient D has apparently taken my suggestion regarding introspection to heart. / Insist that patient D probe their inner depths more fully in order to answer their own question. / Discuss with patient further their ideas on what it is that fuels their very existence. / Debates on whether or not patient actually existed are irrelevant to actual patient. / Gently introduce patient to critical catch 22 closely related to their theory of their own demise. / Discover in greater detail patient’s awareness and knowledge of historical figures both earlier and later than their own era.
