Not good with numbers; patient lacks most if not all of the social graces yet nevertheless exudes a certain hysterical charm. / An inability to see the trees for the forest manifests in an obsessive yet futile desire to “live in the moment”, the “moment” being the edge of oblivion. / Projects inability to form lasting relationships into the metaphysical realm. / Can’t see beyond tomorrow, patient does poorly at making / adhering to long-term goals. / Has difficulty distinguishing between hope and despair.
Note for further consideration: possibly unable to differentiate human years from dog years.
