Attempt to wean patient GC from their jaundiced view of the world. / Suggest to patient GC that perhaps they see things through slightly less than rose colored glasses. / Like many of us patient sometimes has difficulty keeping a positive attitude. / As a result of their deep introspection patient raises an interesting question about a befuddling philosophical dilemma. / Patient displays a healthy reaction to the standard “whiner” personality type. / Patient’s level of patience though frequently tested appears to be normal. / Encourage and nurture patient’s often repressed and depressed sense of humor. / Develop strategies that help patient resist spiraling from positivity into negativity. / Still much work to do bolstering and reinforcing patient’s near complete lack of self esteem. / Unfortunately patient turns deaf ear toward me as well as everyone else.
