Patient G shows little patience for semantics. / Grammar takes a back seat to practical considerations with patient. / Still having difficulty in taking patient’s upside down worldview and turning it right side up. / Bad is good and vice versa in patient GF’s twisted worldview. / Continue to attempt to get through to patient the concepts of honesty, sportsmanship and fair play. / Remind patient of the disadvantages of boasting about criminal conduct. / Patient again demonstrates the lack of correlation between belief and character. / The likelihood that there is no cure for patient’s homicidal mania becomes more and more apparent with each session. / Must be more persistent in pushing for narcissistic patient to grasp concept of empathy. / Apparently the only part of the golden rule comprehensible to patient is the gold.
