Examine further patient HG’s insights into momentous concepts. / Patient HG appears to have a unique view of spacial and temporal relationships. / Patient is obsessed with the passage of time – feels that it is slipping through his fingers and that there is nothing to be done about it. / A tendency towards morbidity and fatalism thus are not surprising and patient sometimes will mock others for not paying as much attention to this singular fact of life as he cannot help doing. / Understands that the reasons for this emotional state are transparent. / Cannot dismiss patient HG’s perspective regarding their own expertise. / Clearly patient HG would have made a very different movie.
