Patient reminisces about Hollywood pitfalls. / Possible reasons for a dearth of awards doesn’t escape patient John W. / Investigate further insecurities leading to patient’s possessive behaviors. / Verify which if either of patient John W’s stated motives is, in fact, the true one. / Patient John W perhaps gets carried away in reminiscing about his film career. / Encourage patient to refrain from diverting off topic and into pleasant reminiscences. / Continue to attempt to rein in patient John W’s Hollywood sized ego. / Devise methods for ensuring patient’s ability to differentiate between big screen reality and real reality. / Clarify whether patient John W’s self descriptive assertion is the cart or the horse. / Either patient JW stays in character extremely well or I should appreciate his sincerity.
