Not surprising that patient MB sees nothing unusual in self. / Like many patient MB doesn’t see self as others see them. / Delve more fully along with patient MB into the mysteries of creation. / Explore with patient MB an apparent anomaly in the nature of their anatomy. / Compliment patient on their improved use of metaphorical expression. / Patient searches for ways to express the exuberance and joy they feel in life. / Like many of us patient struggles with the definition of purpose. / We can only hope that sometimes the obvious is also the actual. / Consider a different tack in discussing with patient theories about choice / free will. / Always difficult to counter a purely pragmatic world view. / Examine further patient’s colorful mix of purpose and fatalism. / Confirm patient’s observations on erratic behavior across the board.
