Remind patient M of the metaphorical intent of certain hyperbolic yarns. / Patient M appears to doubt the wisdom of the use of his time. / Devout patient M struggles with the deliberate deprivations of his material choices. / Discourage patient M from dwelling on the titillating aspects of his devotion. / Reclusive patient appears to protest too much in justifying career decisions. / Patient strives vainly to apply reason to an area that is devoid of it. / Lack of real world experience creeps quietly into patient’s daily ruminations. / Patient patient M sees divinity in the very repetition that defines their day to day existence. / Lay out direct steps to be taken by patient in order to clarify their muddled thinking. / Probe more deeply the effects and consequences of unmitigated devotion and self denial.
