Patient 1 sees clearly the responsibility associated with their natural position. / Provide methods for patient 1 to cope with an extraordinary stress level. / Patient continues to allow their station in life to inhibit their fuller vision of their surroundings. / Patient appears to feign personal knowledge of areas with which they have little or no expertise. / Patient is more than willing to go into detail regarding the pitfalls associated with being at the top of the heap. / Examine more closely strategies patient has developed toward dealing with the unwarranted emotions of others. / Look for more and more innovative methods of diverting patient from their obsession with self. / Patient spins off into another cycle of self praise and aggrandizement.
