Patient PO notes aggravating circumstances related to environmental degradation. / Patient PO apparently takes a fairly whimsical approach to life and death crises. / Continue working through serious and deeply entrenched POSD with patient P w/ O. / Patient P w/ O’s trauma at times seems to permeate their waking as well as sleeping consciousness. / Patient continues to have difficulty understanding human behavior. / Patient continues to search for rational explanations for their predicament. / Patient perhaps overreacts in their struggle to adapt to their new situation. / Suggest patient invest in GPS system in order to alleviate their greasy burden. / Clarify for patient the difference between definition and connotation. / Help patient separate feelings, logic, knowledge, expectations and prejudices. / Encouraged by patient’s use of humor to help cope with disastrous circumstances. / Allow for plenty of time for patient to vent sardonically.
