Patient P’s relationship with nose appears to be entering new phase. / Catalogue evolving nature of relationship between patient P / nose. / Assure patient P that there is no need to look for blame where none is to be assigned. / Assure patient P that his personal behavior cannot be separated from the behavior of his personal body parts. / Like a real boy patient P looks for ways to get around the situation he finds himself in. / Patient P attempts to negotiate their peculiar relationship to mischief. / Correlation can be as important as cause and effect as it seems to be with patient P. / Lack of control over bodily functions can be a scary thing as patient P discovers. / It will take time for patient P to come to terms with trauma related to mythological feature. / Patient P erroneously sees relationship between physical and moral symptoms.
