Encourage patient SM to open up further on their appreciation of non-existence. / Discuss with patient SM the relationship between the polar opposites of being and not being. / Patient’s irrepressible exuberance in describing their ideal environment is invigorating. / Patient attention to and awareness of minute detail is indeed remarkable. / Patient’s natural tendency to see the negative side springs perhaps from an awareness of their meltality. / Seasonal cyclical nature of patient’s being lends to their general pessimism. / Patient’s awareness of the ephemeral nature of existence verges on the obsessive. / Patient appears overly resigned to a fate described even by they themselves as somewhat ominous.
