Consult with colleagues regarding the implications of patient SN’s first hand observations and conclusions drawn therefrom. / Unfortunate that confidentiality prohibits the wider circulation of patient SN’s insights. / Patient SN offers a theory that appears to intermingle time and consciousness. / Patient SN’s logic is more apparent than their grounding in the research. / Patient has real concerns about their essence and the validity of their very being. / Simplify for patient in future sessions relationship between sanity, delusion and reality. / The extent to which patient’s existence was foregone is very difficult to pin down. / Patients who are innately bound up in another’s world view confront their own unique issues. / Selflessness of patient is revealed through their empathizing with their creator. / Patient comes close to suggesting that they would be willing to sacrifice their very existence.
