Continue deep dive into self worth with patient SF. / Patient begins to see the positive in the negative. / Patient’s disposition remains as steadfastly sunny apparently without exception. / Looking on the bright side appears to be second nature, if not first, for patient SF. / Patient’s idea of self evident continues to make more specific expression and communication problematic. / Patient continues to have difficulty pinpointing relevant antecedents. / Patient reveals the insidiousness as well as the ease with which we make superficial judgments. / Sometimes the erroneous assumptions we make are right there in plain view. / Patient’s inability to see into psyches decidedly different from their own is perhaps not surprising. / While self serving on the face of it, patient’s inherent bias is wholly genuine and understandable. / Investigate the nature of patient’s deep seated ability to feel joyful in apparently mundane situations.  / Determine if patient’s upbeat feelings are permanent or temporary and ephemeral.
