Patient WH remains overly generous in their opinions and attitudes. / Patient WH expresses no real though perhaps warranted animosity toward those less forthright. / Clearly patient WH has taken seriously my suggestion to do some deep introspection. / Patient WH discovers that serious introspection can lead to a multitude of areas for further exploration. / Patient having difficulty shaking a natural tendency to see duplicity everywhere. / No one likes being used for selfish purposes in eluding patient W. / Futile though it may be encourage patient to stop dwelling on their unhappy and unfortunate circumstances. / Difficult to counter patient’s tendency to fall into despondency. / Reassure patient that life’s bounties vary from species to species and individual to individual. / Encourage patient to make the best of situations even in dire circumstances.
