Patient YY expresses some regret for the nature of their being. / Unclear if patient YY has any control over certain aspects of their existence. / Help unbalanced patient YY work through a serious bout of self doubt. / Encourage patient YY to envision a world quite different from that which they personify. / Well balanced patient runs up against one of the most perplexing dilemmas of our existence. / To do or not to do seems to be the question most bewildering to patient at the moment. / Once again self-opposing patient takes us down the rabbit hole concerning the nature of dualities, both the logistical foundations and unavoidable consequences. / Begin to catalogue categories that are subject to balance and those that are not.
